How to Secure PDF Files With Password |
If you want to Set Password Protection to your PDF files or Documents?
When document security is very important why because other peoples can't copy the content and con't print your document.
So You Need to Follow Bellow Simple Steps.
Step 01: Open PDF File
Open PDF file and go to file > Click the properties option or use shortcut Ctrl+D. See the arrow in the picture above.
Step 02: Document Properties
In the Document Properties tab Click the Security tab, and also in the security method Select the Password Security option. See the arrows in the picture above.
Step 03: Password Security - Settings
In the Password Security Settings Click the Permissions bellow check box and in the printing allowed select the High Resolution, leave the Changes Allowed option none. and then give your Password in the Change Permissions Password box and click ok. See the arrow in the picture above.
Step 04: Confirm Permissions Password
This time reenter the same password. Please make a note of the password. Why Because if you want to change the document settings you need to enter the same password. and then save as the file.
Now your file is SECURED.
